Our History
Midway Auto & RV has a rich history rooted in family tradition and business growth. Founded in 1968 by Keith Grant, Sr., the company began as an auto body repair shop in Lovell, Wyoming. In 1997, his son, Ken Grant, transitioned the business into an auto dealership, starting with just seven cars. This initial venture set the foundation for Midway's expansion into a multi-location enterprise, serving both Wyoming and Montana.
Under Ken's leadership, the business grew steadily, establishing dealerships in Cody and Worland, Wyoming, and eventually Laurel, Montana. In 2018, Ken's brother, Keith Grant, Jr., assumed control, carrying forward the family legacy. The company has since reached new heights, including opening a state-of-the-art 30,000-square-foot facility on eight acres in Billings, Montana, making it the premier showroom in the region.
